SHIPPING POLICY

​COVID-19 UPDATE

USA SHIPMENTS Please be aware that USPS carriers maybe experiencing longer delivery times than normal, please check the tracking for updates.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS Please be aware that some international carriers are holding onto packages due to Covid19, please make sure you check with them to see what their status is and if they are holding packages. Shipping delays and packages being held are out of our control.

ALL OUR ITEMS ARE 100% HANDMADE WITH LIMITED INVENTORY.

Estimated shipping dates may have delays due to unforeseen events weather, material shortage, equipment breakdown, large volume of orders.

Depending on the volume of orders, there may be an extra day or two getting them packed up and sent out for shipping. All nets are handcrafted, one at a time. If there are unforeseen events (broken machines, delayed lumber shipments etc.) availability may be limited.

We ship through USPS, UPS or FedEx and look for the lowest cost.

When payment is complete your package will be sent within 24hrs excluding Sundays and holidays. Delivery time can vary on your address but generally within 7 working days.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Your net will be sealed in a plastic packaging and placed in a box and/or special bubble wrap. All packages are shipped USPS, UPS or FedEx from New Hampshire. Once USPS has picked up your package, we are not responsible for unforeseen shipping delays (weather, strikes, and natural disasters).

If your package is damaged please report this to us and the carrier as soon as possible. We insure everything we ship.

Orders shipped to International address, once processed through USPS Customs, may take up to 2 weeks to receive in your countries Postal Customs. Depending on your Customs timelines, may take another 3-5 days to clear for delivery to you.

If your countries postal carrier charge a "Customs Fee", they may hold your package until you pay any fees to them. You may receive a note from your postal carrier if your package is held for fees due.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOM FEES.

Tracking Number Disclaimer:

Once your postage is printed, a tracking number will be issued from one of our postal carriers for you to track your package. This will be sent by email to the email you entered at checkout. If you do not receive the tracking number, please check your spam/junk mail folder. If you still have not received after that contact us at newenglandnets@gmail.com. Once tracking is issued, please allow up to 48hrs for the tracking to update for a delivery date.

If your package is being held at your local postal carrier and is not picked up by you, your postal carrier may "Return to Sender" due to no one picking it up. If your package is returned to us, you will have to pay for shipping again to have delivered to you again.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Returns  Any net purchased directly from newenglandnets.com may be returned in original/unused condition within 30 days of the date of shipment. Please contact us with your name, the item(s) you plan to send back, and your reason(s) for the return. We will respond with authorization and instructions. Once we have received your return and verified the condition, you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the product less shipping. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any additional shipping charges you incur in the process of the return.

Exchanges  Are you not satisfied with the net size you ordered? We want you to have the net that you really wanted and will use. In stock nets purchased from newenglandnets.com may be exchanged in original/unused condition within 30 days of the date of shipment. Please CONTACT  us with your name, order number, the item(s) you plan to send back, and which new net you would like to exchange it for. We will respond to confirm the inventory of your new net, and with instructions for returning the old. Once we have received your return and verified its condition, we will complete and send out the new net to complete the exchange. If the exchange does not cover the cost of the new product, we will contact you to arrange payment or refund of the difference. Any shipping charges incurred are non-refundable, and additional shipping charges may apply.
